Bonfire Nights
Every clear evening we light a bonfire on the lawn. Guests pull chairs into a circle, the kitchen sends out chai and snacks, and the conversation runs long. It is the part of the stay most guests remember.
Safari & Activities
A kilometre from the gate, three acres of grounds, and a fire lit every clear evening.
City Flora Tiger Resort is located about 1 km from the Alizanza (Alizanja) Gate of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve. We assist guests with safari permits, gypsy booking and gate timings, and provide a complimentary snack basket to every guest heading out on a drive. At the resort itself: bonfire evenings, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, a dedicated kids' play area, guided nature walks, bullock cart and bicycle rides, karaoke nights, and sky watching under some of the clearest night skies around.
The centrepiece
Every clear evening, a fire is lit on the open lawn. Chairs come out, chai and snacks arrive from the kitchen, and guests who arrived as strangers end up talking until midnight. There is no charge and no booking — it is simply what happens here after dark.
With no light pollution for miles, the sky above the fire is genuinely worth looking up at.

We are roughly a kilometre from the Alizanza (Alizanja) gate of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve. Our team helps with permits, gypsy booking and gate timings so your morning drive starts on time.
Safari gates open before sunrise. Every guest heading out on a drive gets a freshly packed snack basket at no extra charge — so nobody leaves hungry.
A fenced play zone with swings and slides, positioned in direct view of the main seating lawn. Parents stay seated; children stay busy.
Carrom, chess and board games in the common hall. Badminton, cricket and open-lawn games across three acres of grounds.
Guided walks around the buffer zone for birdwatching and tracking — a slower, quieter counterpart to the jeep safari.
Traditional bullock cart rides through the surrounding farmland, plus bicycles for guests who want to explore the village road at their own pace.
A full-size pool with a separate shallow section for children, lit after dark. The best possible antidote to a dusty afternoon drive.
A mic, a playlist and an open lawn — guests take turns singing and dancing after dinner. A favourite with families and groups travelling together.
With no city lights for miles, the night sky here is unusually clear. Lay back on the lawn after the bonfire dies down and pick out stars, planets and satellites — one of the more unique things to do at the resort.
