Booking & cancellation

We take bookings directly — by WhatsApp on +91 95298 63085, by phone, or by email at contact@cityfloratigerresort.com.

This website does not process payments or take card details. Your booking is confirmed in writing by our team once dates and tariff are agreed.

Our check-in and check-out timings are flexible and arranged around your safari schedule wherever occupancy allows. Please confirm your intended timings with us in advance so we can hold the room accordingly.

Cancellation terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking. As a general guide:

• More than 15 days before arrival: Full refund of any advance paid, less transaction charges.
• 7–15 days before arrival: Partial refund — percentage confirmed at booking.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: Advance is generally non-refundable, but may be adjusted against a future stay at our discretion.
• No-show: The full booking amount is retained.

Changes to an existing reservation are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Safari charges — approximately ₹4,075 for an advance booking and ₹5,000 for a spot booking — are set and collected by the Maharashtra forest department and are entirely separate from your room tariff. Permit cancellations and refunds are governed by forest department rules, not ours.

Sightings cannot be guaranteed. A safari is a wildlife experience, not a scheduled attraction, and no refund is available on the basis of what you did or did not see.

• We are an eco-friendly property beside a tiger reserve. Please do not litter, and take all plastic away with you.
• Disruptive behaviour towards other guests or staff may result in eviction without refund.
• Children are welcome throughout the property. The pool and play area are used at your own supervision.
• Please respect quiet hours after the bonfire winds down — sound carries a long way out here.
